Richard Astrella
| Richard Astrella, President of Star Real Estate Group, has been in the real estate sales, leasing and management business for the last twenty years in the residential and commercial markets. Mr. Astrella is a graduate of Drexel University with a BS in Finance. He has over two decades of experience in the real estate industry with previous experience in the commercial/industrial appraisal field. He currently holds a brokers license in Pennsylvania and and a sales license in New Jersey.

Jeffrey Tubbs
| Mr. Jeffrey Tubbs obtained a Masters Degree in City Planning and Real Estate Development from the University of Pennsylvania and has 7 years of experience of Urban Redevelopment practices at the City of Philadelphia’s Redevelopment Authority.
Additionally, Mr. Tubbs is a licensed Pennsylvania real estate agent and Eco Associate as well as having ten (10) years of experience as a Partner in a family owned plumbing, heating and contracting business.
Mr. Tubbs has a most unique perspective on Urban Redevelopment Projects. He has most recently completed the rehabilitation of several houses in the Graduate Hospital Section of Philadelphia, as well as four (4) new townhomes for Phase 1 of a development known as The Flats at Girard Pointe, in the Northern Liberties Section of Philadelphia. s Phase 1 of the Project has won a National Award from the National Association of Home Builders for Excellence in Design. Phase 2 is set for construction in March of 2010.
Mr. Tubbs is also a Construction and Management Consultant for several Developers in Philadelphia on Projects ranging from hotel development, high rise condominium development, student housing, energy efficient and adaptive reuse of warehouses, relocation of fabrication facilities, and the new construction of storage facilities. Mr. Tubbs’ experience also covers consultation in the sphere of Keystone Opportunity Zones, Historic Tax Credits, Empowerment Zones, and many other Public / Private Partnerships. |
Jackie Giordano
| Jackie Giordano is a native Philadelphian and has been actively involved in real estate sales for over the last five (5) years representing developers, homeowners and buyers. She enjoys working on projects that are eco-friendly and involve environmental awareness. Customer service is her first priority which has resulted in much success over the years in building a solid reputation for honesty and dedication to her clients best interests.
